ESTec Head office and subsidiaries (hereafter collectively called "ESTec"), based on mutual respect and participation with a sense of ownership, is a company specializing in sound emphasizing on quality and technology. ESTec, as an economic entity, aims to become a sustainable and profitable corporation by not only seeking to improve corporate value but also by contributing to the development of the community and the world economy.

Article 1: ESTec, with the aim to satisfy customers, responds to market demands by producing products with quality and safety in mind during design, development, and manufacture phase.

Article 2: ESTec trades and competes fairly, and maintains healthy relationships.
(Protection of Shareholder Profits)
Article 3: ESTec, through clean and responsible management, protects the rights of shareholders and aims to increase the investment value.
(Respect for Employees)
Article 4: ESTec respects and recognizes employees’ human rights, character, personality, and ability and creates a work environment where all employees can work autonomously and safely with basis on mutual trust and responsibility. ESTec does not allow any forms of forced labor or child labor that violates the law.
Article 5: ESTec respects local cultures and customs and actively participate in community activities to contribute to the community development both at home and abroad.
Article 6: ESTec recognizes the environmental protection and preservation is essential in company operation and responds voluntarily with enthusiasm.

Article 7: ESTec top management sets the policy and the goal management to realize the spirit of the code of conduct, and organizes the corporate structure as well as supporting employee training. Top management listens to voice of both internal and external source and continuously carries out risk prevention activities throughout the corporation in order to be in full compliance with business ethics.
